Audit of the Company<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>Prepare the ToR for the ESHS Audit of the Company based on corporate profile, main functions, activities, existing procedures and practices. The ToR \u00a0is developed in compliance with the IFC ESHS Auditing Guidance (IFC ESMS Toolkit \u2013 General) and considers the participation of several experts with the active support from company management and personnel.<\/p><p><strong><em>Task 3:\u00a0 ESHS Audit of the Company <\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>The Consultant (group of experts) undertake the ESHS Audit of the Company \u2013 to assess the E&amp;S and H&amp;S impacts and risks related to company\u2019s functions and activities including operation &amp; maintenance, rehabilitation &amp; development. The Audit is be based on the ToR developed by Consultant and agreed with the Client, as well as in compliance with the IFC ESMS Guidelines. The Audit\u00a0 includes the review of existing corporate documents, procedures and practices related to ESHS issues. Upon completion of the audit the Consultant prepares the ESHS Audit Report.<\/p><p><strong><em>Task 4: Preparation of the Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP)<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>Prepare the Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP) based on company corporate business development plans, outcomes of the ESHS Audit, including planning of mitigation measures for reducing the risks and impacts related to company performance, identified by the ESHS Audit.<\/p><p><strong><em>Task<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> 5: <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>Preparation of generic and specific Environmental and Social Management Plans<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>prepare the series of generic and specific Environmental and Social Management Plans and Procedures according to ESAP, based on outcomes of the ESHS Audit and the \u201cgood international industry practices\u201d (GIIP), in compliance with common IFI performance requirements.
